To my knowledge, Buprenex (bubrenophine hydrochloride) is only available in the U.S. as an injectable solution that would NOT be prescribed for patient self-administration, but used only in clinical environs. I'm sure you have read about the use of it "off lable" in some places as an antidepressant. As far as YOU trying to get off a dependency, I doubt that it will be too easy to find a doc who will let you do it as an outpatient (unless you want to go to a heroin addiction center for an outpatient treatment program, but I'm not sure how those things work).
