It is believed that rectal administration of most drugs increases their bioavailability by at least 10% (I believe this is due to avoidance of first-pass metabolism?). I would recommend if you'd like to try this route of administration that you go to a compounding pharmacy to have your prescription filled, and have the clonazepam formed into suppositories.
