Dexies don't work! What now?

All the stimulants (Ritalin, Adderall & Dexedrine) caused me to yawn, and only went away after I went off of them.
The Dexedrine didn't do ANYTHING to help me stay awake or alert. So I've stopped taking it.
I'm totally at a loss as to what to do now.
