******RESPONSE TO BELOW POST********
Hi:
It sounds like you are having the same kind of experience I had when I first began the Strattera. I can totally relate with the nausea and loss of appetite. In the beginning I especially had the dizziness, mostly if I stood up too fast. I am now into my 10th week with the Strattera. I feel great and all the obnoxious side effects have diminshed or gone away completely. My mood has greatly improved. I am much more calm than I used to be. I also find I am getting more things done and not procrastinating as much. I don't need to take naps for as long as I used to. In fact I skipped my nap the last two days and did just fine. You just need to stick in out for a while and hopefully by the 5th or 6th week the side effects will start going away like they did for me.

> Hey,
> I'm 21 years old. I just got diagnosed with ADD a few days ago, and this is my third day taking Strattera. I'm not familiar with any other meds, so this is kind of a strange experience. The first day I felt pretty alert and I felt a rush for a couple hours. The second and third days I've been dizzy and slightly nauseated. Today I have a headache. On the upside, my ability to concentrate and my mood have improved. I feel less anxiety and sadness. I've also lost my appetite.
