Anyone taking Effexor XR 37.5mg daily dose?

My doctor prescribed me 37.5mg Effexor XR as a daily dose. Anyone have luck with this low of a dose? Anyone know of any sites that discuss advantages/disadvantages of taking Effexor XR at 37.5mg?
