Profuse sweating, word retrieval problems, myoclonus (muscle jerks), akithisia/restless legs, bladder problems, orthostatic hypotension (lots of near-faints and one actual faint), and headaches.
Now I take 225 mg and I still have bladder problems, but much less severe. I run hot but don't have the sweating problem. I don't have the word retrieval problems at this dose (I accidentally took 300 mg for 3 days and the word retrieval problems came back, and then went away as soon as I caught my dosage mistake and went back to the 225). I don't have the headaches anymore and the hypotension is completely gone at lower doses. The myoclonus is gone. The akithisia is still a problem, but much less so. And the restless legs is usually taken care of by the nighttime doses of Serzone and Ativan.
But that is just me--you might want to try the higher dose and see how you react.
BTW, when I lowered the dose of Effexor XR, we also raised the dose of Serzone I take, to compensate.
