Hi Penny, I think bookgurl was right also-I just posted. I haven't been online in a few days. I felt so sick! It's amazing if you only miss 1 dose how aweful you can feel. Sometimes I think I need the med and some days I don't think I need it because I feel so great. How do we deal with that Penny? Just stay on the meds??
I went back on the Effexor 2 days ago and today I felt a little better-I just hope it continues! Thanks so much for replying.
I also bought a pill box to keep track of my responsibilities with these meds. The Topamax makes my head not function clearly lately hehehe
You have some great ideas about reminding yourself about your meds! The note on your computer monitor is an awesome and creative surefire way-thats great-I may try it.Thanks for some great ideas Penny!!
Hope you are doing good.Gal
> I totally agree with bookgurl - probably the effexor. when i was taking it, i had terrible withdrawal effects if i missed a dose, which was easy to do, as my mind wasn't functioning very clearly at the time ('course, it's not functioning very clearly now either, and i'm not on effexor).

I HAVE to put my pills in a pill box - I only take morning and evening meds, so I have two (different colored) pill boxes that I put my weeks worth of pills in every sunday. It's the ONLY way I can remember to take them, or remember IF I've taken them. I leave the boxes somewhere where I will see them - my nighttime meds are on my bedside table. The daytime meds are downstairs where I have breakfast.
