If I read the figure right, there is a 10 fold difference in binding affinity between 5-HT2/3 and alpha-2. I dont think there is really a "point" where the alpha-2 antagonism starts. It's ever existent, but 10 times less "strong" than 5-HT2/3 antagonism.
I would just take a dose, at which you are fine and satisfied with the effect you get from remeron. Whatever this is in mg. But I think you already figured it out for you: 7,5 mg.
