I don't really know the differences, but I switched from Paxil to Lex because of the sexual side effects. After getting through my side effects or my anxiety Lex has not been giving me any sexual side effects. I can tell you that my dad was looking to switch Lex from Pax and his doctor compared the two on his PDR and found very little difference. As you probably know we all act different to the same medication. I am taking 20mg of lex.
