Do you have any studies supporting the 5-HT2A hypothesis? I would be interested in any sources citing lamictal as acting on 5-HT2A as well as I have done quite a bit of research on the drug and have not come accross it. If you have problems similar to mine, you might try lamictal if you haven't. I got 100% amelioration of all of my symptoms for a few weeks on it and then it pooped out. I have been trying to no end to determine what mode of action might have caused such a robust response. Thanks!
