yes, though I should qualify this by saying that i have a strong bipolar component and "overshoot" on antidepressants.

i like seroquel - alot. sadly, i ran into probelms with stiff neck and parkinsons-like symptoms, so i had to quit it. but for about six months there, it was a smooth steady ride. great sleep, no depression, good motivation.

the entire class of atypical antipsychotics are used in treatment resistant depression, so it's not an unusual add-on. but they are not without side effects. i think every person has to balance the severity of the side effects with the benefits they get.
