You are on the right track! It is my very firm belief that no doctor, nurse, or psych of any sort should be allowed to practice if his or her social skills are not extraordinary. Standards should be set very high for those who work with people and upheld (all social positions in fact -- including my own). Get the h*ll out of the field if you can't work with people. I'm not just talking about not returning a phone call. I'm talking about those who are just plain rude and obnoxious and work in social positions. There is far too much rudeness and mistreatment in this world. Good job standing up for yourself.
