Spansules are made in 5, 10, and 15 mg strengths. Half of the dosage is released immediately, the other half more slowly. Adderall XR is a slow-release med. You may need to take two doses of Dex. spansules to get a similar effect. Dunno, I would suppose taking two 15mg spansules first thing in the AM, then taking a 3rd 15mg spansule approx. 6 hrs. later might be the closest way to approximate it.
