Yep 4 stars is the highest rating for a book on amazon I believe. I've been toting my own raggedy copy around for about 20 years and I flip through it on occasion when I need a refresher course. I've tried to get through more complicated books like that Elron Hubbard stuff and I wasn't impressed. I like Carnegie's books the best.It doesn't talk about specific phobias although it covers a lot on anxiety and stress. It teaches specific methods of dealing with worry and an
all-around better approach to handling life and it's problems. That sounds like a tall order and it is, but the book is brilliant in its simplicity - no jargon, no tests for deep self-evaluation, no cutesy chicken-soup-for-the-soul type writing. Just sound, honest advice that really works.
