My doc advised against SSRI's with SAM-e, 5HTP, St. John's Wort, etc. I'm not simply saying "you're wrong" by any means, just what I was told. It allows you to check interactions between all manner of vitamins, supplements, testosterone, alcohol, foods, anti-depressants and other prescription drugs. It may have been mentioned in the past on this board, but I haven't seen it. I did a combination search for SAM-e and Zoloft and the outcome was this link:
