You feel the need because you know that there's something not quite right about it. jBut you shouldn't feel ashamed. Have you ever been diagnosed with that illness, common among young women, (I forget the name) where they go on eating and vomiting cycles? I'm no expert on it, but that's the first thing I thought of.
