here are several signs of depression from DSM IV TR. When a person is depressed they will have an increased need for sleep, have insomnia or excessive sleep. If you only feel depressed a few days a week i would think that it is a normal thing. Everyone feels depressed from time to time. Sometimes we don't know what the cause is. Alls I'm saying is if it doesn't truly interfere with you life then maybe it is that you are just thinking about it too much. Some meds can make you feel tired, this could be for a lot of reasons. Maybe diet, work stresses, etc. But in my experience if you continue to take meds as prescribed, don't drink alcohol or caffiene, then there should not be any side effects that just pop up one or two days a month. Maybe it is something else, But I don't have enough info to look into it further. Hope this helps. If not ask more and I will tell more, or at least what I know to be facts from the books, school, work, experience. Hope I have helped like I said if not ask more and I will tell What I can. Oh I hate to use caps, It is not because I feel bad about myself. (Some people like to believe that if you don't use caps you have a self doubt problem or don't feel good about yourself)
