i don`t recall seeing it on there or not, but bioavailable silicon plays a major role in helping boron do it`s job... fortunately for me, there are no extra Calories obtained from drinking lots of oat-straw tea, so i can get *that* nutrient in good-sized doses the natural (well, more or less) way, anyway. and if oat-straw tea has a lot of Cals *i don`t want to hear about it*!!!
