After suplementing with Chromium, 500 mcg perday, I noticed improved sleep, and reduced stress.
This link shows that chromium can reduce the sensitivity of 5HT2a receptors. This is the action that improves insomnia. It can also raise norepinephrine in the brain.Linkadge
