I don't know about OCD, but for me Geodon was an excellent anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication. I reluctantly stopped using it because for me it caused a lot of weight gain. Your mileage may vary.

I was taking 40 MGS 2 times per day. Usually what's good for depression is good for OCD if it works on serotonin, which Geodon does. Typically it takes a larger dose for an AD to work for OCD than for depression
