In my opinion, the only thing unique here
between an s or r enantiomer, is that
one can hold seperate patents for s & r
enantiomer (Celexra) and single enantiomer
(Lexpro). This is the so called "least patentable
difference" & many use it to extend their patents
and we fall for this and for a while are sure
Lexpro will solve everything. Just like the hype
of any new drug.
