a lot of meds i have been on made me have stronger reactions to pot. in fact, my current combo of keppra/lamictal/inversine has left me totally unable to smoke (i turn into a delirious blithering idiot if i do).
i think the main meds you ought to be real careful about (i did a physio topic paper on cannabinoid pharmacology once) are atropine, scopalamine, cogentin, artane, TCAs, other anticholinergics like that... and calcium-channel blockers (specifically, ones that block n-type ca++ channels)... and lithium has an adverse drug interaction with pot, for unknown reasons. it is, however, effective from the first day for cannabis withdrawal, so one may suppose an effect on endocannabinoids via second-messenger systems may be involved, but the research hasn`t been done yet.
