Nardil beginning dose

What is recommended beginning dose for Nardil? I'm about to start my 3rd try on it. First time was years ago, started low for weeks than quickly tirated up. Second time tirated up to 90 mg in only 10 days, and side effects clobbered.

This time, strategy is 45 mg for a week, then 60 for at least 4 before deciding to increase.

I know rxlist and others say 45 (1 15 mg 3 times a day) but what have others started with? Thanks
