Just wanted to write a quick update.
Went to my docs the other day, and he prescribed
some Ritalin (says that it's used as AD), to
give me some "relief". This time however, I
didn't rush to the pharmacy to get it filled.
I wanted to think and pray about it first. My
goal (which he knows), is to get off of everything, and start at the beginning again.Well, I am now at 10 mgs. of Lex (from 20-is not
bad), and I have enjoyed the last two days. I
am wondering when the crash is coming. Even though you can't prepare...Everything seems to be going so fast, and my mind
can't seem to keep up. My memory is terrible,
which is nothing new. Anybody have the same problem with memory?Good news however. Because my creativity and
energy, (amoungst other things) are coming back-
he's not sure I'm bi-polar. He's thinking about
my diagnosis over 10 years ago- depression/anxiety. Meds can effect you in sooo
many ways, that's why I choose to go back.
Little at a time. Sticking at 10mgs. of Lex till
next week. Sometimes, I think RX drugs can be
just as bad as street drugs. Have to be careful!
