" We all know about things that work great at first and then not so well; it would be nice to hear why you switched. It could be due to a variety of factors such as the environment, any missed dosages, placebo effect, stressful or traumatic events, many variables involved. OCD condition does not stay constant all the time. It fluctuates from time to time.
What I'm trying to point out is that I've been spending many weeks struggling to find the right dosage, right timing to manage this yet incurable disease. (though a small percentage may have complete remission of symptoms for years).
I would welcome anyone who can contribute more to my refined cocktail treatment of OCD.
Eg. Did I miss out any crucial elements?
Does selenium play a role in OCD?
Do the amino acids play a role in OCD?I would appreciate all kinds of feedback and comments as this is the place to help each other.
