I can't believe a doctor started you out with Effexor. (I'm not a fan) I'd give it four weeks at a 150 if that's the dose your doctor has planned for you. Before you let him up it from 150 I'd look into the long term side effects of a higher dose and have him/her perscribe something else. There are so many anti-deps out there that don't have the side effects of Effexor.
