But have you noticed any specific signs of inflammation that clued you into the possibility of inflammation being a cause/contributor of depression for you?

It has crossed my mind, too. I have hypothyroidism, which is likely caused by autoimmune process. But I do not have high temp, in fact my temp tends to run on the low side (which could be related to hypothyroidism, too).

I take fish oil and the omega 3 fatty acids are purportedly anti-inflammatory. The fish oil contains a bit of the Vitamin E but I hadn't considered taking larger amounts of E. It is a thought.
