A couple of comments. First, I totally relate to the second episode being worse than the first. You would think it would be better because you have been through it before but this whole thing makes no sense.
Explain you anxiety and I can help you better. I think it could probably be easily resolved with a benzo--preferably just one dose a day of Klonopin. I wouldn't start switching antidepressants because you have found one that works and you should stick with it.
Another thing to consider is to see if maybe 112.5 would be a good dose that would maximize AD effect without the anxiety. It is possible that it is the norepinephrine reuptake that is causing your anxiety, that only begins to slightly kick in at 150. Did 225 give you worse anxiety than 150? If so, I would suggest giving 112.5 a try.
