Janelle,

I got off of only 1mg of Klonopin a few months ago... Why don't you try it this way?

For one week take .75 mg/morning and 1mg/night
For 2nd week take .75 mg/morning and .75mg/night
For 3rd week take .5mg/morning and .75mg/night
For 4th week take .5mg/morning and .5mg/night
For 5th week take .25mg/morning and .5mg/night
For 6th week take .25mg/morning and .25mg/night
For 7th week take 0/morning and .25mg/night
For 8th week no Klonopin at all.

My pdoc allowed me to come up with my own taper schedule. He trusted me that I could do it. I reduced my intake .25mg per week and it worked like a charm. I was off in four weeks... Then again I was only on 1mg/day. So you might need two months to get off of Klonopin.

This is just a suggestion...

Blessings,
Simcha
