Hello, I'm in the middle of switching from 150mg of effexor xr (nasty side effects) to 10mg of lexapro (God help me!). And 50 to 100mg of tramadol have lessened the horrendous side effects of disconinuation from one ssri and the adaptive side effects of another. I find that the tramadol has a mood elevating benefit as well. If you have any experience with tramadol,I would like to hear about it, till then..Take Care, 2B
