There isn't any effect on serotonin. The new rage is to combine Strattera for norepinephrin with a serotonin reuptake inhibitor if you need that. Serzone is the one mentioned most, I've seen posts from people on this combo who love it.
Statterra is very norepiephrin specific- it was developed for ADD to get people off of speed, which has it's own nasty problems. It's also a nice anti depressent, I take it and am liking it.
