Pork chop,

You might want to talk to your doc about starting with 25mg of Topamax for a week, instead of 50mg. Starting at 50mg will really zonk you. Also, I take mine in the pm so I snooze through the worst of the sedation. The few times I took it in the am I felt like I was walking under water.
