True, however... these receptors are considered part of remeron's theraputic action, where as the anti-histaminic, anti-chollinergic and anti-adrenergic effects of TCAs were not. Although I suspect that they may have lent a helping hand - as many folks find anti-histamines/anti-chollinergics mildly anxiotylic/anti-depressant.McPac - I would suspect that the effects will most certainly decrease in time. In fact, some adrenergic downregulation should take place which will contribute to the theraputic response. I think!
My girlfried just started Remeron, 15 mg. To correct the sexual side effects and add to the efficiacy of her 37.5 mg Paxil CR. She was really irritable the first day, have you noticed anything like that?
