Loss of libido is loss of desire for sex. Anorgasmia is inability to reach a climax (orgasm).

That is loss of libido.

You desire sex, you can have sex, but you don't get where you want to go (no orgasm). Pleasure may exist in the act itself, but without orgasm, you end up feeling very frustrated.

Another possible variation on this all is loss of erectile function. That can be included in the term arorgasmia by some doctors, but I think it is a separate concern.
