Ok.. the ultimate anti-depressant/anxiotylic

What would it be? How would it work?

I think mine would be-

Combined Serotonin/Norepinephrine/Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitor
5-HT2 Antagonist
5-HT3 Antagonist
CRH-R1 Antagonist
Enkephalinase Inhibitor

And uh... I'll call it calebamine
