if you feel a need to contact your doctor,
by all means do so.
she or he may well want to be informed of the extent of your side effects
and may even offer treatment for them, especially in the case of anxiety.and contacting the doc, in itself, may help to relief some of your anxiety.
these side effects may subside, but decide whether you want to talk to your doctor based on whether it will make you feel better about your situation.
