Wellbutrin Sexual Side effects

My brother switched from Lexapro to Wellbutrin and claims to have a significant loss of libido on Wellbutrin that he didn't have on Lexapro. Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

I've been on both of those meds and I think it was pretty much the opposite for me (Wellbutrin increased libido, Lexapro lowered it).

Any thoughts?
