You might be a little confused. Max dosage of Celexa is around 80. 40 mg is a standard dose. 20 is considered on the low side but different people of course respond differently. Maybe you are thinking of Lexapro which, I think, has a max dosage of 20--though many go over it.
By the way, 10mg Prozac would strike me as being stronger than 10 mg of Celexa, which I think is an extremely low dose. Of course, YMMV,
