If it is of any help, I have alot of scars from cutting myself. Some were done in angry psychotic states and others were done while on ssri's. I personally don't mind if people see my scars because with, few exceptions(an employer for example), I don't mind telling people about them and the stories behind them. I know that you wouldn't be rash about it, but just in case, if I were you I would give it alot of thought before showing yours. And, it's great that you are where you are now and thank God that you are. That's cool.
Oh, and Fanni, right on. I believe that more of us that have psychiatric illnesses shouldn't be stigmatised. I beilieve that people need to be better educated. This stigmatising has got to go. It just makes our chemical imabalances that much more difficult to deal with.
