HK,

It's a little off-topic, but have you ever tried magnesium supplementation as a sleep aid? I take 800 or 1,000 mg (measured as magnesium) at bedtime. I currently use a combination of magnesium citrate and magnesium malate. It puts me to sleep and keeps me sleeping throughout the night (interrupted only by potty breaks, after which I go right back to sleep).

It may or may not work for you, but it might be worth a trial to find out.
