EffexorXr dosage question

Hi everyone,
I'm about to go up to 150mg effexorXr. I was on 75mg daily.

My question is about the dosage, i still have alot of my 75mgXr caplets, that drug is expensive where i live, so i would love to use the ones i have paid for! Is it safe to take 2x75mg? Should i take 75mg at bedtime an another 12 hours after?
