I take 20 mg. Adderall with 150 mg. of Wellbutrin at about 7:00 a.m. (both of these have stimulating actions which I definitely need during the daytime hours).
Another 20 mg. of Adderall at noon.
I've found that taking the Lexapro in the later evening seems to work best for me (taking it in the morning - even with Adderall) left me feeling zombie-like.
Then, around 11:00 or earlier I take Ambien.
