This is the only time I have lived out of the Fort Lauderdale or the Keys area. Beach Bum / Water Baby (whatever you want to call it) all the way :-).

If there is any interest out there, as an Ohio "girl", I would be glad to take part in any experiment conducted near any beach (must have snorkeling) anywhere, to see if it helps the depression or not! (grin)
You are such a fun and fine bunch of people and I so much enjoy coming to this board. I do not post much as often the energy is not there, but I have to say too, that it has been soooo gooood to watch people like Wayne (blkvettes) and L'il Jimi and Luzaluna and the rest get good results from the Lexapro. Even those who have not been as fortunate have come away better informed about their options and have been supported through the SE's.
Keep up the good work.
