You can read all you want, I take studies about a drugs positive effects with a grain of salt (especially from a major media/marketing giant like msnbc). I've tried L-Theanine for a few monthes, both straight from tea and from pill form. It didn't do a thing for me, negative or pos. Although your mileage may vary. Either way I wish you luck.-Carlos
