Well I felt relief first at 75g, I went up to 90g because I felt the benefits wearing off sometimes. Now I am pretty happy at 90g. I never experienced the constipation effects from Nardil. I did gain 15 lbs however... If you feel good at 75g I would probably stay there... You can always try 90g and drop back down if it's to much of a pain....
