One thing that is very useful in treating headaches is keeping a headache diary. This is probably more useful to someone with more frequent headaches than yours, but doctors like to recommend it. When you get a headache, note what you ate that day, how you slept, any stressors, etc. Then look to see if there's a pattern.

Are you familiar with the trigger foods? There are certain foods that are very prone to inducing a migraine. Red wine is a big one. Aged products - meats, cheeses. MSG.

Sadly, a lot of good things are on that list :(
