When you talk to your doctor, make sure that he is writing you a prescription for the highest dose pill for Celexa (I think it is 40 mg). Then if you need to take 20 mg, cut each pill in half. It's important to know that a 40 mg pill of Celexa costs the same as a 20 mg pill.
