i am in therapy, but as i'm on meds, i don't really experience the level of symptoms. i guess i wonder if this type of ocd is mostly a physiological issue -- and if therapy/behavior modification can strengthen the cingulate part of the brain that's involved.
i guess i feel like it's hard to deal with the issue when it's like i don't _feel_ the ocd due to the meds.
