My son got Celexa for free from our County. He went to the County psychiatrist and she filled out some form and a week (sorry) later, he had a bottle of 100 tablets for free! Ask your doctor if he/she knows about this form, or try calling some of the pharmacists in your area.
You might also try going on line to the Celexa manufacturer and search around to see if there is any link to any kind of form for low income qualifications. I know for a fact that the Celexa manufacturer has allotments of freebies for people who qualify. My experience with my son getting it for free was only in late February, so this is current information I am giving you.
