It's confusing, including to my former Harvard-med psychopharmacologist. Many STILL believe anxiety and ADD can somehow "cancel out" each other because of the rubbish you just proported. It's not proven, and it's simply unobserved in those with comorbid anxiety + ADD-inattentive.
And most days, I forget to take my Desoxyn.... so I don't know how I would some special mechanics in my head that separate me from a depressive.
The main problem with amps isn't depression, isn't weight loss. And that has to do with complex reasons for why people have obesity to begin with-- if they over-eat, they can also over-medicate, is the thinking. One pill might give me 1/2 lb. of weight loss in 2 weeks, so if I double that, I must double my therapeutic effect, is what irrational thinking they get... that's what led to abuse/tolerance, not anything else.
